1. Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using LaterDone, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required by your country. If you are not legally able to form a contract, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the mandatory Apple terms control.
2. The service
LaterDone turns user-selected text, links, images, screenshots, and audio into structured action surfaces. Features may include checklists, extracted fields, links, drafts, maps, reminders, and calendar actions. We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, supported formats, models, or providers.
An internet connection and compatible Apple device may be required. Some actions depend on third-party websites, Maps, Calendar, Reminders, Supabase, OpenAI, or Apple services.
3. AI output and user responsibility
AI-generated classifications, summaries, dates, amounts, health-related organization, code suggestions, and action items can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information against the original source before acting.
You remain responsible for reminders, calendar events, messages, purchases, travel plans, payments, and other actions you confirm.
4. Subscriptions, purchases, and AI Tokens
Apple billing
Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet control. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple Subscriptions; deleting LaterDone data does not cancel billing.
Pro plans
LaterDone Pro Monthly includes 250,000 AI Tokens per paid monthly period. LaterDone Pro Yearly includes 3,000,000 AI Tokens per paid yearly period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Included subscription tokens refresh for each paid period and unused subscription-period tokens do not roll over.
One-time packs
Token packs add the quantity displayed in the Apple purchase sheet as a one-time consumable purchase. Purchased tokens are used after free and subscription balances. They do not renew with a subscription period.
Nature of AI Tokens
AI Tokens are limited, revocable app usage credits. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, property, transferable assets, or cash-equivalent balances. They cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash. Usage varies with input length, media complexity, audio duration, provider pricing, and the action surface generated. The app shows an estimate; the backend charges measured processing cost according to the published in-app conversion.
Deleting the anonymous LaterDone profile may delete unused balances associated with it. Consumable balances can follow you to another device only when the same anonymous profile is recovered, such as through its available iCloud Keychain session.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant LaterDone a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have assessed the risks and have authority to use the service for that information.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse LaterDone, interfere with its security, bypass token or purchase controls, automate abusive request volumes, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, submit illegal or infringing content, or use outputs to harm, deceive, harass, or violate another person’s rights.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect LaterDone, users, providers, or legal compliance.
7. Intellectual property
LaterDone, its software, visual identity, and original materials are owned by Sebastian Mraz or applicable licensors. These Terms provide a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app as intended.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaterDone is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect extraction, exact reminders, or error-free third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastian Mraz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from LaterDone. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s Standard EULA may provide additional warranty and liability terms.
9. Termination and changes
You may stop using LaterDone at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their usual residence. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
